DENTAL- Preferred Dental Organization (PDO) available in all locations
- Employer pays 79%, 78% or 77% of premium depending on coverage level.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS- Medical reimbursements accounts with a $3,000 maximum per year
- Dependent care reimbursement accounts with a $5,000 maximum per year
LIFE INSURANCE- 1x base earnings covered by the company
- Additional supplemental coverage levels of 1x,2x,3x,4x or 5x earnings
ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT INSURANCE- 1x base earnings covered by the company

DEPENDENT LIFE INSURANCE- You have three dependent life insurance options:
- $5,000 spouse and $5,000 each child
- $10,000 spouse and $7,500 each child
- $25,000 spouse and $10,000 each child
LONG TERM DISABILITY- Company paid benefit coverage of 60% pay replacement for qualified disabilities, maximum benefit of $10,000 per month
- Optional employee paid benefit coverage of additional 10% earnings replacement for qualified disabilities, a combined maximum benefit of $15,000 per month
SHORT-TERM DISABILITY- Eligible after 3 months of employment
- Covers up to 26 weeks of approved short term disability
- The benefit is Employer paid and will be a graded schedule based on years of service

VACATION- 10 Days of vacation for first year of employment, pro-rated according to hire date
- 12 days of vacation 1-2 years
- 14 days of vacation 2-3 years
- 16 days of vacation 3-4 years
- 18 days of vacation 4-5 years
- 20 days of vacation 5+ years
SICK LEAVE- 7 days per year pro-rated in first year of employment
PARENTAL LEAVE- 5 days paid for the birth or adoption of a child
HOLIDAYS- 10 company designated holidays per year
- 2 employee floating holidays per year, pro-rated in first year of employment
401(k) SAVINGS PLAN/PROFIT SHARING- Eligible first of month following 90 days of employment
- Participant may contribute up to a combined 16% of earnings before and/or after tax
- T&T will match $0.50 for each dollar of participant contributions up to 6% of earnings
