To Marina Bay - from Boston & the Mass Turnpike
(from Manchester, NH Airport follow signs to Boston / Route 93 South)
Take the Southeast Expressway (Central Artery becomes Route 3 & 93) South and get off at Exit #12.
- As you exit go under the Expressway to the first set of lights.
- Bear Right of Center and go over the Neponset River Bridge.
- Stay in the center lane, which will bring you on to Quincy Shore Drive.
- Approximately � of a mile turn Left at a set of lights with a Dunkin Donuts and CVS on the corners.
- Follow for a few hundred yards to Marina Bay/Victory Road entrance, and turn Left through the Gateway on to Victory Road.
- Follow Victory Road through the rotary.
- 500 Victory Road is the only 4-story red brick office building on your Left with parking in the rear.
- The reception area is on the 3rd floor.
To Marina Bay - from the South Including RI & CT
- Take Route 3 North or from RI & CT use Route 95 North to Route 93 North towards Boston.
- Merge onto 93 & 3 North (Southeast Expressway) to Furnace Brook Parkway Exit #8. (This exit is the first exit so move immediately to the extreme right lane.)
- Turn Right onto Furnace Brook Parkway and follow this road all the way to the end to Wollaston beach.
- Turn Left onto Quincy Shore Drive and continue until you reach the end of the beach area (about 2 � miles).
- At this set of lights turn Right in front of Dunkin Donuts.
- Follow for a few hundred yards to Marina Bay/Victory Road entrance, and turn Left through the Gateway on to Victory Road.
- Follow Victory Road through the rotary.

To Marina Bay - from the MBTA- Take the Red Line to the North Quincy Station.
- Go to the lower level of the parking lot and ask for the shuttle bus to Marina Bay.
- Travel time is approximately 20 minutes from departing the T-Station to returning to the T-Station.
The bus runs continuously Monday-Friday from 6:00A.M. To 9:00P.M.
(A smaller van is used from 7P.M.-9P.M. because of the decreased volume of riders)
The last bus will leave T & T at 8:45P.M. |
